All our products are manufactured in-house and locally sourced bearing in mind that they are to be used by children. All elements on the products are child-friendly and not hazardous.
It’s of prime importance to us that the product qualities appear as they are on the site, and we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products. Yet, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any color will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices may vary.

As soon as you place an order with us and make a payment, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order with an order number. If for some reason you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and move thetinyhumansco@gmail.com to your safe sender list.
Unfortunately, due to logistical and operational reasons, we ship all items from one order to one shipping address only. You can always purchase items in separate orders for getting them shipped to different addresses. Thanks for understanding.
This is not possible on www.thetinyhumansco.com and unfortunately logistic carriers worldwide do not entertain such requests either. Further, always make sure that your shipping address entered is correct in order to prevent delays.
Sorry, that’s not possible. If you need everything to reach you together, you can cancel your existing order if it has not been processed or dispatched yet and place a fresh order with all the items you want.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has not been processed yet, we will make the change or cancel your order. However, if it has already been processed then we will not be able to make any changes, especially since all of our products are personalized.
The delivery times vary and are mentioned with the product description in each product. Once the product is dispatched from the warehouse, delivery times may also vary based on location. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays. You will receive emails once your order has been dispatched.
After dispatch you will receive a tracking number by e-mail, which will enable to you to know where your product has reached. Generally the transit time for metros is 4-5 working days while other destinations could take upto 7 working days.
Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order. Your invoice will be adjusted accordingly. The Tiny Humans Co may also cancel orders which remain unpaid for over 7 days since order placement.
If your total invoice amount is more than Rs.1,500/- you will be eligible for free shipping in India. For orders below Rs.1,500/- a nominal shipping and handling fee of Rs.100/- is applicable.
Your order will be delivered to you wrapped in bubble paper either in a cardboard box, envelope or a tamper-proof bag depending on the size of the package. We will make every effort to ensure that your package reaches you safely and does not get damaged during transit.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. The Tiny Humans Co is not responsible for any delay caused by the shipping agency.
We accept online net banking, offline bank transfer.
Since all our products are personalized and have been created especially for you cannot be exchanged or returned. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy for more details.
The Tiny Humans Co tries it’s best to ensure that you receive your products in perfect condition. In case you receive a damaged product, please e-mail us a picture of the same within 2 days on thetinyhumansco@gmail.com with your order/invoice number clearly stated in the e-mail. We will respond to you within the next 24 hours via e-mail and guide you whether you need to send the product back to us or we will just be sending you a replacement for free.
Our website currently does not offer this service, however we have tried our best to provide images which are a close representation of the actual product. You can be rest assured that our design team will take utmost care to ensure that your product matches the image you see.
Due to the personalized nature of the products, orders once placed cannot be canceled or changed. If you do wish to cancel/amend your order please email us on thetinyhumansco@gmail.com and we will try our best to cancel it if production hasn’t started.
